In response to increased demand for arc flash protective clothing that meets ANSI and NFPA standards, new lines of suits, gloves and outerwear were introduced. Complete arc flash suits from Guard-Line? range in Arc Thermal Performance Values from 11.5 cal/cm2 to 74 cal/cm2. Electrical safety glove kits from Guard-Line were part of the new product launch.
New lines of high-visibility outwear clothing that meet arc flash standards were launched by Supply Line. Hooded coats, hooded jackets and bib trousers from Neese Industries, Inc., comprise the line of outwear. The fluorescent orange and yellow raingear with reflective tape meet ANSI standards. Choices in the new line provide protection levels up to ATPV 19 cal/cm2.
